Adult Gymnastics

Adult fitness/gymnastics
Classes will begin with a warm up on the air track and floor mobility and stretching. Then we will test our ability on ropes and rings, this helps with strength.
Following on from this there will be activitiy of vaulting over boxes. Then we will work on P Bar for strength and conditioning (this will include dips, hand walks, swing to legs up, L sits and tuck sits).

This is available for any adults wanting to increase their fitness and gymnastic ability. There is no minimum requirements to attend these classes, we promise they will be fun and you will feel your strength improve over the weeks.
