This April we are excited to be running an OPEN DAY for all budding gymnasts to come along and check out what we do!

• From 4-6pm (approx)
• 3-12yrs
• Cost $10 per child

What's involved?

This is a open session for anyone that is keen to see what gymnastics is all about. It is a great opportunity for any budding gymnasts to come along and hang out, try a few things and see what classes and training might be best for them before committing and booking for a full term. You can even ask all those questions that you've always wondered, but haven't had a chance to ask before!

We will have coaches from some of our classes coming along to run a fun session for your gymnast to try out. .

We encourage booking via the below link to allow us to plan for our numbers and make sure we have enough coaches and support for all of our future gymnasts, we will also take sign ups on the day.

All of this will be supervised with qualified coaches who are also first aid trained and experienced at working with a range of kids.

This is open to all our members and non-members, just register below to be part of this cool afternoon.

Bring your gymnast along prepared to have fun exploring a range of skills including balancing, tumbling, climbing, swinging, jumping, twisting and turning. Also they can try out all of our apparatus including beam, floor, bar, trampoline, vault, pommel, parallel bars, rings etc.

What do we need to bring?

A drink bottle, it can get really hot in the gym especially if it is busy so a drink bottle is a good idea. You need to wear easy to move in clothing like a singlet and shorts, tshirt and leggings, with no fancy buttons or zips that could damage your child or our equipment.

Don't forget to bring an open mind and a can do attitude to give everything a go!
