Keeping our Club Strong

We are so lucky to have been able to shift into our own gym space this year and we are already seeing so many benefits for the club.  As you can appreciate however, with a dedicated gym come much higher costs.  As a committee we have been working hard to plan our approach to manage these increased costs going forward and to keep our club in a strong position financially.  We are focussing on a number of ways to source additional funding for the club such as fundraising activities, club grants through funding bodies and sponsorship packages.  Some of these activities we will ask our members to be involved with and hope that there is at least one or two you can support in the coming year!  The first fundraising activity is our Tupperware event which you should have received an email about, please check it out!  We have also decided to offer club sponsorship packages in return for some great sponsor rewards.  We are going to offer these to local businesses soon, but if you are interested or know of anyone that might be interested in purchasing a sponsorship package please let us know.   There is a flyer attached with the packages detailed.

Reviewing our Fees Structure

As part of ensuring our club is in a strong position, we have recently reviewed all of our current fees.  As a club, we are dedicated to providing quality gymnastics programmes that are affordable and accessible, and have carefully considered each programme and the costs associated with them running them.   We have consulted with GymnasticsNZ and also looked at what other clubs offer and the fees they charge, to ensure we have a fair but competitive fees structure.  We have decided that some fees increases are required for the 2019 year.  You can find a list of each class and what the 2019 fees will be by clicking here. If you have any queries about the fees increases or have questions about our fee payment terms, please let us know.

**NEW for 2019: BabyGym/Playgym Classes**

We are excited to announce that Cambridge Gymnastics Club will be offering Preschool classes next term.

The focus is on learning through play, letting children explore the environment and through the use of fundamental movement learn how their bodies move. The aim is to help children build confidence and develop a lifelong love of physical activity. As soon as we have confirmation of the days and times and cost we will let you know via our website and FB updates. This programme requires parent participation to be effective. Our trained staff will work with you and your child to provide a safe rewarding experience.
